What we collect, and the choices you have.
This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have when you use prompts2products.com or any of our services: the free tools and guides, the newsletter, the paid newsletter, the book, the community, workshops, the done-for-you service, and our agency work.
“We,” “us,” “our,” and “Prompts2Products” mean AREHSOFT LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using our services, you agree to this policy.
The information we collect
Information you give us
- Your name and email when you subscribe to the newsletter or create an account
- Payment details when you buy something (handled by our payment providers — we don’t store full card numbers)
- Account and profile details if you join the community
- Anything you send us: messages, support requests, survey answers, comments, or content you post in the community
- Project details you share if you hire the done-for-you service or our agency work
- Booking details when you schedule a free call: your name, email, time zone, and anything you write in the booking form (handled by Cal.com)
- Registration details when you sign up for a workshop (handled by Luma)
Information we collect automatically
- Basic device and browser data, your IP address, and rough location
- How you use the site (pages visited, links clicked, time on page)
- Anonymised recordings of how pages are used — clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement — through Microsoft Clarity, so we can see where the site is confusing. We do not use these to identify you, and Clarity masks text entered into fields by default.
- Cookies and similar tracking (see “Cookies” below)
Information from other services
- From our payment, email, community, and analytics providers
- From social platforms if you interact with us there
Our free tools stay in your browser
The build brief generator, the tool picker, the prompt checker, and the cost calculator need no sign-up and send us nothing. Everything you type runs and stays on your own device:
- The build brief generator saves your answers in your browser’s local storage so they survive a refresh. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser data deletes them.
- The cost calculator puts your selections in the page address after the # so you can share a result as a link. Browsers do not send that part of an address to a server, so we never receive it — but anyone you send the link to can see those selections.
- Copy buttons put text on your clipboard. Nothing is uploaded.
We do still see ordinary usage data for these pages (that you visited them, and the analytics described above), just not what you typed into them.
How we use your information
- To send you the newsletter and the things you signed up for
- To run the community and deliver the book, workshops, and services
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To answer you and provide support
- To improve our content, site, and offers
- To send updates or marketing (you can opt out any time)
- To meet legal, tax, and security obligations
If you’re in the EU/UK, our legal bases are: your consent (e.g. marketing emails), performing our contract with you (e.g. delivering what you bought), our legitimate interests (e.g. improving and securing the site), and legal obligations.
The tools we use to run Prompts2Products
We use trusted third-party platforms to operate, and we share only the information needed for each one to do its job:
- Substack powers our free and paid newsletters, including paid-newsletter billing.
- Discord hosts our community.
- Payhip powers the sale of our book and other digital products.
- Cal.com handles bookings for our free discovery and scoping calls.
- Luma handles sign-ups for live workshops.
- Google Analytics helps us understand how the site is used.
- Microsoft Clarity gives us anonymised heatmaps and session recordings of how pages are used.
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website, and sees the requests your browser makes to it.
- Google Fonts and Google Drive serve our fonts and some free downloads, which means Google receives your IP address when those load.
These providers process your information under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you use our services and as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, tax records).
How we protect it
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method is 100% secure, but we work to keep it safe and to limit who can access it.

Depending on where you live (EU/UK, Canada/Quebec, California, and others), you may have the right to:

Children
Our services are meant for adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us information, email hello@arehsoft.com and we’ll remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “last updated” date, and for big changes we’ll give clearer notice.
